Thank you for shopping with Pressed Moments. This page outlines our shipping procedures, rates, and timeframes. Because every photo magnet is custom-made and personalized using your uploaded images, the total timeframe until delivery is the sum of production time and transit time.
1. Production & Processing Time
We do not hold inventory. Each order is custom-printed and handmade to your specifications after the order is submitted and photo uploads are verified. Our standard production window is 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). For exceptionally large orders, production may take slightly longer; if so, we will contact you directly before processing begins.
2. Shipping Methods & Flat Rates (United States Only)
We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted carriers, primarily the United States Postal Service (USPS). We utilize a clear and predictable flat-rate pricing model:
- Standard Tracked Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95 flat rate applied to all orders at checkout.
Final shipping fees and any applicable state sales taxes will be clearly displayed in your order summary before you complete your payment.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Pressed Moments ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders or ship to overseas destinations.
4. FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after checkout. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule, if an unexpected production delay occurs and we cannot dispatch your order within our stated 2–5 business day window, we will promptly notify you via email. You will be provided with the new estimated shipping date and the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Address Accuracy & Deliverability
The customer is entirely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Because our products are permanently personalized with your custom images, orders that are returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, refused, or due to an incorrect address cannot be resold. A re-shipping fee will apply at the customer's expense to update the logistics data and ship the items a second time.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier and marked as "Delivered" via the official tracking link, liability and ownership transfer directly to the buyer. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office branch to file a missing package trace before contacting our support team.
7. Damaged on Arrival
We stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure your magnets arrive in perfect condition. If your custom items are visibly damaged or ruined during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email hello@pressedmoments25.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the outer packaging. Once verified, we will gladly produce and ship a replacement remake at no additional cost to you. Do not mail custom personalized items back to us.
