Due to the personalized nature of our custom photo magnets, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or correct the order at no additional cost.
